Interwoven to be Acquired by Autonomy

Autonomy and Interwoven announced today that the companies have reached a definitive agreement where Interwoven will be acquired for $775 million in cash.
If the merger is completed, Interwoven shareholders will receive $16.20 per share in cash.
The merger is expected to close in the second quarter of 2009.
