MutualFirst Financial Announces Regulatory Approval of Plan to Acquire MFB Corp.

MutualFirst Financial announced today that it had received approval from the Office of Thrift Supervision to merge with MFB Corp.
The merger is subject to a 15 calendar-day waiting period, and the acquisition is expected to close in mid-July 2008.
